Reshaped Gaming is an indie studio focused on developing tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG) and systems, taking familiar ideas and reshaping them into something fresh, expressive, and player-driven.

Because we’re not trying to reinvent TTRPGs from scratch! We’re looking to reshape what’s already out there into something that feels better or fresh to play. We seek to connect the unconnected, making “new shapes” in the process. The reality is most ideas have been had, but we believe there’s a lot to explore in reframing your perspective. We don’t want to reinvent the wheel, we just want you to see wheels where you wouldn’t have before.
This isn’t to say we are stitching random parts together and releasing Frankensteins. Our mission is more so to fill gaps we’ve found, left behind by those who stopped going further or asking questions like “what if…?” Check out any of our products and look for the “Reshaped Statement” to learn how it’s development aligns with our humble goals to rearrange rather than revolutionize.

About our Games

We are less interested in tradition for tradition’s sake and more focused on what actually feels good to play. That means cleaner systems, more meaningful choices and customization, plus mechanics that support creativity, instead of restricting it.
We also want our games to represent a large sampling of the human condition, so expect to engage with inclusive design and diversity as you enter our worlds as well. Fantasy often feels dull and limited when it comes to exploring identities, especially considering it’s just fiction. We hope to change that!

It might help, but no, not at all! Our goal is to create games that are approachable for new players while still offering depth for experienced ones.
Some products may feel more complicated than others, but if you ever have concerns, pre- or post-purchase, know that you can always send us an email. We’ll get back to you quicker than a dice roll—with the answers you’re looking for!

Everything is currently in development, with playtesting and iteration happening along the way when it can.
We will have a community discord created soon, where you can check out everything we are working on and share input/feedback or get involved in playtesting, editing, and review.
